VIP Limo Service uses information provided through inquiries, quotes, reservations and communications to respond to customers and arrange requested transportation. This policy explains how that information is handled.

We also keep related communications and reservation records. Our website form may save information as it is entered, before you submit it.

We use website analytics and inquiry tracking to understand how people find us and which advertising leads to inquiries and bookings. These services may process device and browser information, website interactions and advertising identifiers. Tools present on our website include Google Analytics, Google Ads, WhatConverts and Snitcher. These services may use cookies or similar browser storage. Snitcher supports company-level website visit analysis using technical and browsing information. Some tracked calls may be recorded or transcribed. Where enabled, Google Ads enhanced conversions may use hashed contact information to help measure advertising results. Hashing does not make contact information anonymous. SMS permission is separate from these activities.
How information is used and handled
Information supports customer service, quotes, reservations, follow-up, reporting and business administration. We use service providers for website hosting, communications, reservation management and measurement. Examples include Limo Anywhere, Google Workspace and WhatConverts. Telnyx is the provider selected for our planned text messaging service. These providers may process information needed for their respective services.
Text messaging privacy
When you opt in to VIP Limo Service text updates, we use your mobile number, messages and consent records to communicate about your inquiry, quote and reservation and to manage your messaging preferences. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or consent records with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information is not provided to third parties for purposes unrelated to delivering and supporting the messaging service. Messaging providers and carriers process information needed to deliver and support these messages.
Your choices and requests
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can request service without opting in. Once the text service is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Newsletter preferences are separate from SMS consent. You may contact info@viplimoride.com or (239) 860-5466 to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable recordkeeping requirements when handling your request.
Retention
Our website currently does not automatically delete inquiry form records after a fixed period. Reservation records, communications and backups are held in separate systems and may have different retention arrangements. Contact us with questions or requests concerning your information.
Security
No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not include payment card numbers, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in website messages or text messages.
